2025 MEN’S SCOTTISH VARSITY MATCH

The University of St Andrews and the University of Edinburgh look forward to welcoming you to the 2025 Scottish Varsity Rugby Match on Saturday 20 September at the HIVE Stadium (home to Edinburgh Rugby) for the continuation of this ancient rivalry between Scotland’s two oldest university rugby clubs.

- 12:30 gates and fan zone open to spectators
- 14:00 Scottish Varsity Match: St Andrews Men’s 1st XV v Edinburgh Men’s 1st XV
- 14:40 half-time
- 15:40 full time
- 15:45 presentations
- 17:00 close
2025 MATCH TICKETS
Tickets for the 2025 Scottish Varsity Match will be released on Wednesday 14 May. There are a limited number of tickets so purchase early to avoid disappointment.

*includes transaction fee
Please note that ticket prices will go up by £5 on the day of the match.
- Choice of standing or seated ticket
- No limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased.
- Spectators will need to show a valid Scottish Varsity Match ticket on the Scottish Rugby Ticket App to gain entry to the event
